Data Retention
bilacuci retains Personal Data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, regulatory, accounting or reporting requirements.
As a general guide, we apply the following retention periods, subject to any mandatory legal requirement that may require longer retention:
- Account data: retained for the duration of the account relationship plus a reasonable period thereafter to handle any post-closure queries or disputes.
- Support correspondence: retained for up to 24 months following the closure of the relevant enquiry.
- Technical and usage data: typically retained in identifiable form for up to 13 months, then aggregated or deleted.
- Cookie data: session cookies expire when you close your browser; persistent cookies are retained according to their individual expiry settings.
On expiry of the applicable retention period, Personal Data is securely deleted or rendered permanently anonymous so that it can no longer be linked to an individual.
